Visa Application

The application form is available for you to download. Please fill-out the entire application form using your keyboard, and then print and sign the form.

Visa Requirements 

• Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the Sudan
• Passports should not have Israeli visas or immigration stamps affixed to them.
• One filled out application form.
• Two passport sized recent photographs.
• Visa application forms must be signed by the applicant
• Fees RM 212.00
• Valid resident visa is required for non-Malaysians.
• Applicants from Australia and Singapore should apply via Sudan Embassy in Jakarta- Indonesia.
• Malaysians can get their entry visa from this Embassy or in Khartoum Air Port.

• For business: A Letter from the sponsoring company, stating the purpose of the trip, duration of stay, financial responsibility and references in Sudan.
• In case of Diplomatic and Official passports, diplomatic notes are required
• No fees are required for Diplomatic and Official passports.

Note: Validity of visa is one month.
Period of stay is one month. Extensions of periods of stay in the Sudan maybe done through the Passport, Immigration and Nationality Office in Khartoum.
