Document Authentication

General Authentication

1. All documents issued by a competent Malaysian authority must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.
2. All documents issued by a Sudanese competent authority must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sudan.
3. All documents issued by countries other than Sudan and Malaysia must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.
4. Authentication fees RM100.00

Commercial Authentication

1. All commercial documents issued in Malaysia must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.
2. All certificates of Origin must be authenticated by the Embassy in order to be used in Sudan.
3. Authentication fees RM212.00
